About the Knitting Pattern

The Merry Little Robin Jumper is designed to fit children from 6 months to 5 years. Knitted in double knitting (DK) wool, the sweater features a cute robin motif on the front wearing a festive red hat. Worked flat in pieces and finished with ribbed cuffs, hem, and neckline, the design offers a classic shape with a cosy, comfortable fit. A practical four‑button side opening at the front makes dressing easier, especially for younger children.  The pattern is written in English and supplied as a digital download PDF.

Design Details

The front, back, and sleeves are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together at the raglan seams. Stitches are picked up for the neckband and to create the front button bands for the side opening.  A chart is provided to complete the robin motif.
