About the Knitting Pattern

The Spooky the Ghost Jumper is a children’s sweater designed for ages 1–5 years, perfect for Halloween or any autumn wardrobe. Worked in double knitting (DK) wool, the sweater features a friendly ghost motif with the word spooky formed using the ghost’s big eyes. The pattern is written in English and supplied as a digital download PDF.

Design Details

The jumper is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up. The front, back and sleeves are knitted separately, then joined using raglan seams. A four‑button side opening at the front makes dressing easy, especially for younger children. Ribbed cuffs, hem and neckline provide a classic finish. A chart is included for the ghost motif, and stitches are picked up to create the front opening button bands.
