The Ripple Lace Doll Outfit is created using double knitting (DK) wool and designed for dolls measuring 33-54 cms/13–21 inches and is also suitable for premature to 3‑month‑old babies. The dress features a wavy hem and a delicate lace skirt that moves into a smooth, neatly shaped bodice. It is worked flat on straight needles, with the sleeves knitted separately and sewn in for a traditional, tailored finish. The matching bonnet echoes the same lace pattern, framing the face with soft texture and fastening with i‑cord ties finished withdecorative leaf ends. The bootees complete the set with simple garter‑stitch edgings.
Design: The Dress is knitted on straight needles in one piece up to the armholes. The sleeves are knitted separately and sewn in. Stitches are picked up to complete the neckline and for the opening at the back. The Bonnet has the same lacy design with i-cords finished with a leaf design. Also included are instructions for Bootees.
