Design:

The back and front is worked in one piece up until the armholes.  The sleeves are started separately up until the yoke and then joined on the same needle as back/front to complete the cardigan in one piece for the yoke.  Stitches are picked up for the buttonbands.

Sizes:

1 size included to fit a child 0-3 months old.  The length of the jacket is 20 cms/8 inches.

Skill:

Intermediate.  Written instructions provided.

Yarn:

Double knitting wool is required wool (an alternative for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply). You will need 1 x 100 gram ball.

Tension:

22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.

Needles:

Sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles are required.
