The Little Diamonds Seersucker Set is designed to fit dolls 13–21 inches (33–53 cm). Knitted in DK wool, the bodysuit and hat feature a seersucker pattern that forms tiny raised diamonds across the fabric, giving the set a light, classic texture.
The bodysuit has rib stitch borders and a button‑back opening. The matching hat echoes the same seersucker diamonds and ribbed edging for a perfectly coordinated finish.
Design: The bodysuit is knitted on straight needles as one piece to the yoke where the sleeves are joined in. Stitches are picked up to complete the opening at the back.
Sizes: Includes 3 sizes to fit Doll: or 33-38 (41-46, 48-53) cms or 13-15 (16-18, 19-21) inches.
Yarn: The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply).
Main picture shows outfit knitted using Stylecraft Special DK in Spring Green (1316) and White (1001).
Skill: Intermediate. Written instructions provided.
Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 4 inches/10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.
Needles: Sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles are required.
