Red-Nose Reindeer Jacket Knitting Pattern P116

Red-Nose Reindeer Jacket Knitting Pattern P116
About the Knitting Pattern
The Red‑Nose Reindeer Jacket is a children’s Christmas cardigan designed to fit ages 2 to 11 years. Featuring two adorable Rudolph motifs on the back and one on each front side, every reindeer is finished with a bright red pompom nose for festive cheer. Knitted in double knitting (DK) wool, the jacket is shaped with a beautifully textured cabled yoke, a three‑button fastening, and ribbed edges. The pattern is written in English and supplied as a digital download PDF.
Design Details
The jacket is constructed with a decorative cabled yoke that forms the main feature of the design. The back, left front, right front, and sleeves are each worked flat up to the yoke. All pieces are then joined onto the same needle to complete the cable pattern across the top. Once the yoke is finished, the sleeve and side seams are sewn together. Stitches are picked up along the front edges to knit the button and buttonhole bands. A chart is provided for the Rudolph motif.
