About the Knitting Pattern

A festive winter jumper designed for little ones, featuring two playful red‑nosed reindeers peeking up from the snowy hem. Knitted in double knitting (DK) wool, the design combines warmth with a charming intarsia motif worked from a chart. The jumper is finished with a three‑button opening at one shoulder which makes dressing simple and comfortable for babies and toddlers. Design Details

The front, back, and sleeves are worked separately from the bottom up. Stitches are picked up to complete the neckline and a chart is provided to complete the reindeer motif.

Skills Level

Intermediate. Written instructions are provided, but you will need experience working from a chart to complete the intarsia motif.

Knitted in double knitting (DK) wool. (Overseas knitters may substitute USA light worsted or Australian 8‑ply.)

Needles

• 3.25 mm (USA 3) and 4.0 mm (USA 6) straight needles

• Small crochet hook (optional) for helping pull yarn through when making the pompom
