About the Knitting Pattern

Our Tyler the Teddy Bear Jumper is worked in double knitting wool and features an adorable brown teddy bear wearing a red scarf on the front, making it an irresistible knit for little ones from birth to 3 years old. A practical three‑button shoulder opening makes dressing easier and the edges are worked in double rib. The pattern is written in English and supplied as a digital download PDF.

Design Details

The front, back, and sleeves are worked separately from the bottom up. Stitches are picked up to complete the neckline and a chart is provided for the teddy bear motif.

Instructions are included for 6 sizes:

·       0–3 months

·       3–6 months

·       6–9 months

·       9–12 months

·       1–2 years

·       2–3 years

Skills Level

Intermediate. Written instructions are provided, but experience working from a chart is recommended for the motif.

Yarn

Designed for double knitting (DK) wool. (Overseas equivalents: USA light worsted / Australian 8 ply.)

• Robin Bonny Babe DK – Cream (1366)

• Robin DK – Mink (143), Latte (142), Red (042), Black (044)

Needles

• 3.25 mm (USA 3) straight needles

• 4.0 mm (USA 6) straight needles
